The Afterworlds are global terrain effect cards, each associated with one Element, that can dramatically change the state of play. Each player chooses the active Afterworld on a rotating basis every Round, so positioning is very important when considering your next move. Each Afterworld uniquely benefits the mechanical leanings of its own Element and detriments those of its biggest threat.
